Healthcare estates can reduce operational risk with antibacterial technology

Lesley Taylor, Regulatory Affairs Manager for Addmaster UK, is speaking at a conference in London to explain how Biomaster antibacterial technology can make the NHS safer and easier for both patients and clinicians.

At Healthcare Estates Management: Building and Maintaining the Future of Our Health high level speakers will discuss the challenges around achieving savings, efficiencies and modernisation through better management of the NHS estate. 

The healthcare estate accounts for a significant portion of NHS spending, with a direct cost of £7 billion per annum, it is the third largest expenditure after staff and drugs. 

Topics covered will include the sale of surplus land, making the estate more cost efficient, flexible use and maintenance of facilities, and using technology to make the NHS safer and easier for both patients and clinicians.

Lesley will be showing how operational risk can be reduced by specifying materials containing antibacterial technology. 

The conference takes place at Chelsea Football Club on 19 January.
